Experiencia en Finlandia. Verano 2017.

Durante el mes de julio, tres profesores de nuestro centro pertenecientes al departamento de tecnología  pasamos una semana en Finlandia, haciendo diferentes cursos en la prestigiosa Universidad de Tecnología de Lappeenranta.

Estas estancias se han desarrollado gracias a la financiación obtenida a través del proyecto ERASMUS + aprobado en nuestro centro número 2017-1-ES01-KA101-036085.

Durante 5 días, tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer un curso de 80 horas cada uno de los participantes y formarnos en impresión 3D, en Marketing de productos de alta tecnología y en diseño mecánico respectivamente.

Programas de los cursos

1.”Additive Manufacturing – 3D printing” (Antonio Romero)

Aims: 

– knows basic technologies of additive manufacturing (AM) aka 3D printing

– is familiar with terminology used in additive manufacturing

– is able to compare and select most common features of additive manufacturing processes

– knows the basics about product design for additive manufacturing (AM) aka 3D printing

– is familiar with economical aspects of additive manufacturing

Content:

– terminology used in additive manufacturing

– most common methods, processes and equipment

– principles of utilization of additive manufacturing in product design

– economical aspects of additive manufacturing

– practical cases and applications

– future possibilities of additive manufacturing.

2.  Inventive Product Design and Advanced TRIZ: from problem solving to product-service system innovation. (Manuel Caballero)

Aims:

The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the wide range of existing Design Methods with a focus on Design Creativity and Innovation. The participants will gain both theoretical competences and practical skills, from the descriptive models for analysing Design processes and behaviours, to the prescriptive tools that provide a structured and multi-disciplinary approach to design. The course will also allow experiencing the application of exemplary Design tools within a collaborative design contest.

Content:

Overall, lectures, tutorials and team-working sessions will develop a comprehensive overview of the aims and scopes of Design Methods, providing the students with theoretical and practical aspects on:

– a general framework of design for innovation;

– the main classification schemes of Design approaches;

– cognitive studies on designing;

– design creativity and its influential factors; – current and future challenges of Design Methods;

– how to build an exhaustive design specification;

– how to stimulate idea generation;

– how to select the most suitable design concept among several ones.

3. International Marketing of High Technology Products and Innovations. (Milagros Montijano)

Aim: 

Learning outcomes:

– Distinguish the special characteristics of high technology marketing environment (like the type of innovation, market and technology uncertainties, network externalities) and assess external high technology environments (e.g. relating to competitive landscape, consumer behavior, markets) in global scale.

– Evaluate and justify marketing strategies in high technology environments.

– Make marketing decisions in high technology environments.

Course aims to provide a deep understanding of the functions of marketing regarding challenges and opportunities in high technology products and markets; assist the participants to understand the virtue and limitations of traditional marketing thinking and tools in emergent high technology markets.

– Strategy and corporate culture in high tech firms.

– Partnerships and alliances. – Marketing research in high tech markets.

– Understanding high tech customers.

– Product development and management issues in high tech markets.

– Pricing considerations in high tech markets.

– Advertising and promotion in high tech markets.

 

Es de destacar el prestigio de nuestros profesores, venidos de diferentes partes del mundo y la gran diversidad de alumnos con los que pudimos enriquecernos y compartir conocimientos técnicos.

Han sido unos días inolvidables, en los que hemos adquirido importantes conocimientos que repercutirán favorablemente en nuestras aulas. También hemos tenidos la oportunidad de conocer gente estupenda con la que hemos compartido buenas prácticas y experiencias.
